Order Processing Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT), Monday through Friday, are processed according to our standard handling times. Orders placed after this cut-off time, on weekends, or on U.K. public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Handling Time

All orders require a handling period of 2 to 5 business days before dispatch. Order fulfillment is conducted Monday to Friday only. Sylaven does not process or dispatch orders on weekends or U.K. public holidays.

Transit Time and Delivery Schedule

Once dispatched, orders are shipped with an estimated transit time of 4 to 15 business days. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and U.K. public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time, which includes handling and transit, is 6 to 20 business days from the date the order is placed. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, and external factors beyond our control.
