This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Sylaven by customers located in the United Kingdom. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Return Eligibility

Sylaven accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products. To be eligible for a return, items must be new, unused, and in their original condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Products that show signs of use, installation, or damage caused by improper handling may not be eligible for a return or refund.

Return Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 45 days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this 45-day return window may not be approved.

Exchanges

Sylaven accepts exchanges for eligible items. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns. If an exchange is approved, replacement items will be processed once the original item has been returned and inspected.

Return Process

All returns and exchanges must be initiated by contacting our customer service team at info@sylaven.com. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.

Returns are completed by mail only. Upon approval, Sylaven will provide a return shipping label for you to download and print. The item must be securely packaged and shipped according to the instructions provided.

Return Shipping Costs

Sylaven covers the cost of return shipping for all approved returns and exchanges. Customers will not be charged for return shipping when using the provided return label.

Restocking Fees

Sylaven charges no restocking fees. You will receive a refund for the eligible returned item without any deductions related to restocking.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 20 days. Refunds are issued in GBP (Great British Pound) and will be credited to your original payment method.

If your original payment was made in a currency other than GBP, your financial institution may apply exchange rates or additional fees. These charges are determined by your bank or payment provider and are beyond our control.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been successfully processed.
